Competency and training should represent an individual’s ability to perform a task or execute certain required actions. How then does your organization verify its employees are capable of performing the minimum requirements associated with those certifications?
Mark and Patrick had a chance to talk with Larry Powers and Ketil Been of The Boxley Group, who are solving the problems associated with certifications of oil and gas and other industrial businesses.
