Fluid monitoring equipment is a necessary part of any piping system, but anytime you tap into an existing section of pipe you inherently introduce a potential point of failure, corrosion and additional maintenance.
At the Red Wing Oil and Gas Health, Safety and Environmental podcast, we’re always looking to talk with companies who use technology to reduce the likelihood of failure while also eliminating the need for extra hands on the equipment. We spoke with Giles Edward, Chief Executive at M-Flow Technologies, where they have a solution that does just that.
M-Flow Technologies uses unique carbon fiber piping sensor technology, to deliver water cut data from the harshest of sour or solid laden flows, with a less complex, lower cost multiphase meter.
