Patrick and Mark had a chance to talk with Ryan Sitton about how he got started as the Texas Railroad Commissioner and what his department is doing to improve the oil and gas industry in Texas.
Ryan gives a quick history lesson on why the Texas Railroad Commission is in charge of Oil and Gas. He also explains the Commission’s role with regard to Health, Safety and Protecting the Environment.
